Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly experience.

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.

Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.

Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly.

Communicate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely repairs.

Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.

Coordinate vehicle pick-up and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate service records and follow dealership/shop procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance.

Computer proficiency and experience with service management software is a plus.

Valid driver's license
