Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with a focus on prospecting through phone, email, and social selling. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Utilize a combination of cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques to identify and qualify potential leads.
Lead Generation: Research and analyze target markets to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
Communication: Articulate the value proposition of our products/services and effectively communicate with prospects through various channels.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align prospecting efforts with overall business goals.
CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on prospecting activities, progress, and challenges.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a track record of successful prospecting and lead generation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively through phone, email, and social media.
Familiarity with CRM software (Hubspot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and competitive landscape is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
