· High School Diploma or GED
· Excellent Customer Skills
· Must Be Proficient in PC Windows Based Computer Programs
· Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
· Must be Organized and Have Excellent Multi-tasking Abilities
Job Duties/Responsibilities
· Greet all Customer in a Professional Manner
· Answer all Phone Calls in a Professional Manner
· Schedule Customer Request
· Rout all Phone Calls, Customer Request, and Vendor Calls to proper party.
· Organize all Work Orders and Invoices.
· Enter all Parts on Correct Work Orders
· Manage Work Order from beginning through Invoice and Ensure Keys are Tagged
· Follow Proper Payment Procedure
· File all Paperwork
· Keep Front and Back Office Neat, Organized, and Clean, Vacuum Offices on Tuesday and Friday Every Week.
· Clean Front and Back Bathrooms at least Every Other Week
· Other Duties as Assigned
