    Position Overview:

    The Business Development/Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, driving new and repeat business, and acting as the primary liaison between customers and our internal engineering and operations teams. This role requires a strong mix of relationship-building, sales strategy, and technical understanding.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

    Identify client needs and recommend appropriate AV, collaboration, and technology solutions

    Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through project closeout

    Coordinate with engineering, design, and project management teams to ensure successful execution

    Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations for clients

    Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets

    Stay current on industry trends, products, and technologies

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development (technology, AV, or IT preferred)

    Strong communication and presentation skills

    Ability to understand and explain technical solutions at a high level

    Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

    Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    Valid driver’s license

    Preferred Experience:

    Experience in AV, collaboration systems, or integrated technology solutions

    Familiarity with manufacturers such as Crestron, Shure, QSC, Biamp, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.

    Experience working with enterprise, education, healthcare, or corporate clients
