**We are seeking a Accounting/Bookkeeping Administrative Assistant to join our unique and busy team! **

You will perform bookkeeping and administrative functions in order to drive company success to a new level.

Responsibilities:

• Assist busy office with accounts receivable & payable responsibilities
• Act as a liaison between accounting and project billing efforts
• Correspond with Subcontractor Teams to collect and manage lien releases, insurance, new project documents
• Organize and Follow up with all aspects of construction and HR administration
• Assist with new software implementation created specifically for our construction company
• Perform other office tasks as needed to continue with successful company plan

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration, bookkeeping, accounting, some HR, or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask - a must!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail - a must!
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Open Minded Self Starter who takes initiative
• A focused leader who can work well under pressure
• Coachable
