Job Description
Role: AV Support Technician (Junior)
Location: San Francisco, CA – 100% Onsite
Contract: 6 Months
Hours: 40/week
Pay Rate: $37–$39/hr
Must-Have Profile
- 2–4 years AV support, IT helpdesk, live event production, or similar technical support.
- Hands-on AV troubleshooting/support experience.
- Google Workspace / Google Meet hardware / ChromeOS familiarity.
- Basic AV signal flow: audio, video, control, EDID.
- Cable knowledge: HDMI, USB-C, CAT6.
- Basic networking concepts related to AV.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable supporting conference rooms and live events.
- Able to work onsite in San Francisco.
- Able to lift 20+ lbs.

- Experience with ticketing systems and AV documentation.
