Avant Aveda Salon and Spa  is seeking Guest Service Specialist at all levels to contribute to our team's upbeat attitude and morale. The Guest Service positions are the customer service representatives that comprise our front desk staff.  The Guest Service position comprises of three different job roles: Greeting Clients / Phones / Check out. Qualifications for this position are as follows: High school diploma, computer skills, customer service background, detail oriented, good communication skills, polished appearance, exceptional phone skills. This is a full time position and you must be able to work 40 hrs per week. Aveda background is preferred, but not mandatory. Applicant must have a can-do attitude and be flexible to the demands of the salon, our guests, and their teammates. THE PRIMARY DUTIES OF THE GUEST SERVICES POSITION INCLUDE:| -Being accountable for the opening and closing cash register -Maintaining the Avant Salon Spa brand and standards -Greeting Each and Every Guest -Creating the AVANT Experience -Assisting in calculating and updating daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly business goals, maintain accountability for those goals and revenue projections

• Store level marketing events -Closing each Guest Expeience with a Produc Rcommendatin and PreBooking their next Appointment -Greeting Each and Every Guest -Creating the AVANT Experience

THE PRIMARY DUTIES OF THE SALON COORDINATOR​ POSITION INCLUDE: -Being accountable for the financial health of the business -Maintaining the Avant Salon Spa brand and standards -Interviewing for and staffing the spa | salon -Mentoring and coaching Guest Service Coordinators and Service staff. -Assisting in calculating and updating daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly business goals, maintain accountability for those goals and revenue projections

• Store level marketing events

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL POSSES:

• 2 or more years salon|spa management
• Strong leadership capability with experience leading diverse teams
• Analytical experience understanding financial statements
• An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to be part of a growing organization
• Ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays
