    Position Summary:

    AVB Marketing continues to have substantial growth and is searching for a digital marketing Account Executive to support its continued expansion. The position serves as the day-to-day interface between the agency and its clients working with internal teams to provide deliverables on time and on budget based on client expectations and needs. The Account Executive is responsible for the successful execution of assigned account projects and tasks, quality assurance and ultimately, client satisfaction.

    Job Functions:

    Manages expectations and oversees the day-to-day service and satisfaction of clients.

    Leads and integrates account team (production manager, creative services, digital services, web development, business development) and delegates deliverables on behalf of client.

    Keeps apprised of job progress – keeping projects on time and on budget.

    Keeps apprised of the client’s brands, products, sales, services, KPIs and marketing developments as well as those within their industry.

    Communicates routinely and in a timely manner with clients including immediate responses to email, phone calls, messages and meeting coordination.

    Resolves problems and issues arising from client and/or projects and identifies key learnings and best practices to prevent repeat of incident.

    Provides clear direction and quality assurance for all client deliverables. Proofs creative work and reviews with client for final approval in a timely manner. Provides creative direction and feedback before final approval by art director. Creates and executes creative briefs when necessary.

    Effectively presents all agency work/proposals to clients, identifying new business opportunities for the client within their industry or market, generating ideas both for clients and the agency.

    Routinely reviews and analyzes campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and continued growth/improvement.

    Accurately submits billing and project management tasks and reviews monthly invoice packets for assigned accounts.

    Performs any other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.

    Account Executive/Management: 2-4 years’ related experience; Agency experience is preferred.

    General understanding of advertising, digital marketing, social media, creative services, production, retail and sales.

    Strong aptitude for and knowledge of project and time management.

    In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines (including audience targeting, design, digital production, and analytics.) Experience with Google Analytics preferred.

    Skills:

    Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly.

    Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, highly collaborative and interconnected environment.

    Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and organizational skills are required.
