About the Position:
This is a part-time, heavy inbound phone call/email, and outbound follow-up calls/emails, with lead generation and sales potential coming in every day. The position requires researching and calling on different construction projects throughout the United States. Throughout this stage, you will be speaking with some of the nation’s top architects, general contractors, and developers to move towards your goal of opening up the sales potential. Once the sale potential is created, you will need to collaborate with one of the external technical sales representatives to give the “sales pitch” and begin working on the project.
Responsibilities:
To help achieve or exceed sales goals
Ensure growth of future sales growth by directing telemarketing sales proposals into new/existing accounts through phone calls/emails.
Work with AVM Sales Representatives and the Technical department to provide technical application information and product recommendations to customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Maintain a high productivity level through proper planning and management of telemarketing activities and effective time management to maximize sales.
Maintain and track the information through Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Teams.
Develop connections and coordinate with external sales representatives.
Maintain high standards of business ethics and professionalism to enhance AVM’s image as a leader in the waterproofing marketplace.
Education/Experience Requirements:
· Associate Degree/Highschool Degree
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Highly motivated and ambitious with a positive "can and will-do" attitude.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
