    The Opportunity
    As an AVP Sales at Adobe, a front-line leadership role, you will provide focus on Adobe’s Mid Market/Scale solutions by building and managing a team of Account Executives. In addition, you can expect to be working very closely with the respective teams to build awareness and develop new business opportunities.     What you’ll do
    Cultivate new lines of business within existing customer base, in the Mid Market/Scale space
    Support and grow existing customer base in partnership with Solution Account Managers in the Mid Market/Scale space.

    Recruit, coach, mentor, manage and lead a diverse team of sales Professionals to achieve quarterly sales targets. This includes closing New business and expanding upon existing clientele.

    Sell into multiple levels of an organization, open doors and empower the field team.
    Ensure that Sales department operations function smoothly, with the goal of facilitating executed sales and/or closings; operational responsibilities include accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts.

    What you need to succeed
    5-10 years of successful software sales leadership experience within the enterprise space.
    10+ years overall experience in software selling required.

    Martech product experience is a plus. Experience selling to the CIO, CDO, CMO highly valued. Strong presentation skills, executive presence and influencing skills critical.
    Highly motivated, as well as able to create and develop a highly- motivated, success oriented sales team.
    BA/BS degree required or equivalent related experience

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $211,800 -- $361,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
