    A leading global investment management firm is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead early talent program management and campus recruiting across the U.S.

    This is a high-impact role responsible for shaping Analyst, Associate, and Summer Internship programs while partnering closely with investment teams and senior stakeholders.

    This individual will play a critical role in building diverse, high-performing talent pipelines and delivering best-in-class candidate and employee experiences.

    *Hybrid 3 days/week in office in LA (relocation assistance can be provided)*

    *Total Comp $185-$200K (base + full annual bonus)

    Key Responsibilities

    Early Career Recruiting & Talent Pipeline Development

    • Lead end-to-end recruiting for U.S. Analyst, Associate, and Summer Internship programs across investment and corporate functions
    • Build and manage robust candidate pipelines through universities, student organizations, diversity-focused programs, and professional networks
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, and external recruiting partners
    • Represent the firm at campus events, networking sessions, workshops, and conferences (some travel required)
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to support outreach initiatives, including information sessions and campus engagement strategies
    • Collaborate with diversity-focused organizations and pre-professional programs to enhance inclusive recruiting efforts

    Program Management & Development

    • Partner with Talent Development and Diversity teams to design and deliver onboarding, training, and development programs
    • Oversee the Summer Internship Program, including onboarding, learning pathways, and engagement initiatives
    • Support performance management processes, including reviews, promotions, and compensation cycles
    • Drive engagement across early career cohorts through events, mentorship programs, and networking opportunities
    • Track and analyze program metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness
    • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and feedback analysis

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Minimum 5+ years of post-college experience in campus recruiting or graduate program management roles, preferably in financial services
    • Experience recruiting for investment-focused roles strongly preferred
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
    • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus

  • Compensation
    $185,000-$200,000 per year
