    LOCATION: Manhattan, NY

    COMP RANGE: $45-50K

    WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS: Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will help manage the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing consumer goods brands. You will be pivotal in making sure our gears keep turning by coordinating teams in the US and abroad, checking customer shipping and billing logs, verifying inventory and other key roles core to the wholesale environment.

    WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?: If you are looking to put your organizational and critical thinking skills to use in an exciting, fast-paced environment, this could be the position for you!  This role is in our Operations Department and will be vital to continue our brands' growth and technology improvements.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

    • A graduate of an accredited 4-year university (or equivalent experience).
    • Previous experience or internship in wholesale operations related role

    OBJECTIVE OUTCOMES:

    • Coordinate with offshore data entry team as well as US-based warehouse staff.
    • Ensure timeliness and continuity of order processing and fulfillment operations.
    • Correspond with multiple 3PL warehouse teams to efficiently ship and route customer orders.
    • Verify customer requirements and ensure accurate logistics and routing instructions.
    • Review inventory positions and open orders, creating future allocations and reserving stock when necessary.
    • Solve problems. Suggest alternate options when out of stock, creatively manage and allocate priorities.
    • Spearhead and follow-up the chargeback and dispute resolution process.
    • Interact with customers for order intervention problem solving if and when needed. Direct overseas coworkers in production guidelines (timing, quantity, documentation) for FOB shipments (blind ship).
    • Manage relationship with our custom printer in the US for all types of special custom printed projects for retail and special corporate partnerships.
    • Own the data validity for new SKU and item creation, spec sheets, and item data integrity.

    CORE COMPETENCIES

    • Knowledge of wholesale environment (ordering, purchasing, and fulfillment).
    • Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite is ideal!)
    • Fluent in Excel

    BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

    • Knowledge of ERP process and/or familiarity with ERP migration.  
    • Familiarity with BI tools and analysis.  
    • Knowledge of major retailers and specific shipping/routing instructions/portals.
    • Ability to take initiative, a self-starter to help own the full order management process.
    • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions, or summarize it in a digestible form for others.
