WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS:
Reporting to the CEO + Founder, the Managing Partner will be the person who oversees all the major operating functions of the business. Your focus will be on revenue and operations and the CEO will focus on the product and people side of the business. Together, you will work on improving our current recruiting offering, growing a world-class remote team to service our clients, and launching new highly-targeted products within the “world of work” (e.g. open-source ATS, recruiting services specifically for franchise owners, recession-proof offerings, etc); this partnership will drive massive success for AVRA + positively impact the lives of millions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
5-10+ years experience as a Founder, Director/VP or COO of a scaling startup, where you have turned vision into operational reality and successfully met ever-growing targets
Experience working remotely, or managing distributed teams
Our vision speaks to you—passion for the world of work / human capital + improving the experience of “matching” on both sides (workers/companies)
BONUS - Experience managing capital -- investor relations, capital planning, budgeting, cash flow management, FP&A
BONUS - MBA or similar degree
