    Job Description

    Looking for an experienced and efficient team player that is responsible, reliable, multitasker, has great customer service skills, and does not have a problem learning new tasks along the way.

    · Be able to communicate in a professional manner

    · Be highly detail-oriented and organized

    · Check voicemails, respond to calls, emails

    · Receive packages

    · Organize, file, and photocopy all documents

    · Stocking and keeping inventory of new incoming parts

    · Organize equipment in the warehouse

    · Make sure all items are tagged correctly

    · Match packing slip to invoice/purchase order

    · Inventory count and maintain inventory accuracy

    · Data Entry

    · Know how to use QuickBooks

    · Maintaining the restrooms

    · And other tasks
