Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field required. • Completion of high school, GED, or equivalent is mandatory. • Proficient in handling phone calls and effectively managing challenging situations. • Possess outstanding customer service, communication, organizational, and time management abilities. Compensation: $19 - $20 hourly
