We are seeking an experienced Window and Door Installer to join our team in Claymont, Delaware! AWR Commercial Window Company specializes in the repair and restoration of metal and wood windows and doors. We provide repair, preservation, and restoration services to residential, commercial, municipal, churches, cathedrals, historic, and landmark buildings throughout the United States.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; 7 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Range: Dependent on experience.

Window and Door Installer Requirements:

3-5 years of experience and knowledge of window and door functions, components, and installation

Experience and ability to properly diagnose window and door problems

Experience and knowledge of basic construction and building material and terminology of the industry

Strong organizational skills

Strong communication skills; clear and readable written documents, and messages

Must be able to use basic math

Quality conscious and detail-oriented

Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs

Standing, bending, and repetitive motion for up to 8 hours

Authorized to work in the United States

Window and Door Installer Responsibilities:

Meeting the company standards in properly following the installation process

Recognize situations that would impact customer's expectations

Maintains a thorough knowledge of construction basics and installation

Provide accurate measurements and documentation of job-related circumstances in a timely fashion

Other related duties as assigned by management
