We are seeking experienced Field Supervisor; on the road to join our installation team in Claymont, Delaware!

AWR Commercial Window Company specializes in the repair and restoration of metal and wood windows and doors. We provide repair, preservation, and restoration services to residential, commercial, municipal, churches, cathedrals, historic, and landmark buildings throughout the United States.

Schedule: Monday – Friday; time dependent on project

Pay Range: Dependent on experience.

Field Supervisor Requirements:

Must be willing and able to travel

2 plus years experience and knowledge managing in installation or construction.

Must have experience on supervising, planning, and coordinating staff

Excellent leadership, organizational, problem solving, and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of how to address issues with customers and staff.

Quality conscious and detail-oriented

Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record

Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs

Standing, bending, and repetitive motion for up to 8 hours

Authorized to work in the United States

High school diploma or equivalent

Field Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise, plan, coordinate, and schedule installation. projects

Communicate with the customer, office and others in the business as required and in a timely manner

Manage the process of Installing or replacing windows in residential and commercial buildings.

Delivery of an extraordinary experience to our customers

Ensure that the entire installation crew is properly attired and acts in a professional manner.

Ensure clean and safe storage of all equipment

Follows company policies, procedures, and safety standards in a timely manner

Working with Human Resource on counseling, coaching, hiring, and termination

Other related duties as assigned by management
