    The Office Manager will be involved in all aspects of accounting, billing, payroll, insurance, contracts and HR activities.

    THE JOB IS LOCATED IN OUR CORPORATE OFFICE

    MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A BOOKKEEPER AND PROFICIENT IN QUICKBOOKS AND MS OFFICE

    EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A SMALL BUSINESS IS A PLUS

    NOTARY IS A BONUS

    MUST RESIDE WITHIN A 20 MINUTE COMMUTE

    Responsibilities: Direct and oversee all aspects of accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll operations Prepare payroll for processing and onboarding new hires Manage client billing and collections Maintain all employee benefits including vacation, health care administrative Establish, maintain, and communicate policies and procedures Organizing and retaining files, both electronically and hard copy Review, approve and process vendor invoices Other accounting and administrative duties as required Answer phones and relay messages to field personnel Coordinate outside laboratory services Coordinate client training and technical seminars

    Requirements: Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related discipline 2+ years of relevant accounting experience, at least 2 years of supervisory experience High attention to detail and the ability to review processes and make improvements Quick Books experience High degree of discretion, trustworthiness, reliability and dependability

    Job Type: Full-time Exempt – 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
