Tactical Gear Subject Matter Expert (URGENT HIRE)

Position Summary:

The AXL Tactical Gear Subject Matter Expert is a disciplined professional committed to ensuring team knowledge of a variety of military and law enforcement tactical gear. You will be working with one or several AXL teams for manufacturing, customer support, shipping, design, product testing, and/or media. We are looking for passionate individuals with extensive knowledge of tactical nylon gear with a history of having your own gear collections (We are looking for someone who changes their gear setups constantly to try new things).

We train all positions and skills you would need for the team(s) you would be working with (The only thing we cannot train you in is knowledge of tactical gear and firearms).

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of tactical gear (pouches, armor carriers, armor carrier accessories, packs, comms systems, helmets, outdoor gear, ect).

Follow all the latest tactical gear brands (Crye Precision, Spiritus Systems, Ferro Concepts, Shaw Concepts, Haley Strategic, etc) and up & coming garage, and independent designers.
