PEOPLE OF SIMI VALLEY AND WESTLAKE VILLAGE - AZ AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING is seeking experienced BRAND AMBASSADORS to be the face of our company and promote our products and services. The entire purpose of this position to INCREASE SALES!! If you have a knack for sales, then this might be for you.
The ideal candidate will be SELF-DISCIPLINED and MOTIVATED. You will be responsible for acquiring customers for our HVAC services. We are looking for MOTIVATED, ENGAGING, and SALES-ORIENTED type BRAND AMBASSADORS for our Big Box retailers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Communicate a thorough understanding of features, benefits, product differences and services.
· Engage with in-store customers in a friendly manner.
· Enter customer’s information on IPAD.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
· Working Smart Phone
· Reliable transportation
· Fluent in Spanish
· 2-3 years relevant Field Sales or Marketing experience
· Enthusiasm for new technology and Home Services.
· Ability to meet physical requirements of the position such as standing or walking for the duration of the shift.
· Must be reliable and dependable.
MARKET(S): BURBANK, HAWTHORNE, INGLEWOOD, LONG BEACH, LOS FELIZ, MARINA DEL REY, NORTHRIDGE, NORWALK, OXNARD, PACOMIA, SIMI VALLEY, THOUSAND OAKS, TORRANCE , VAN NUYS, WESTLAKE VILLAGE, WOODLAND HILLS.
This is a part-time position with 25-30 hrs a week. Hours include weekends and can be made to accommodate classes or other commitments.
GUARANTEED $17/hour BASE! The commission will be $125-300 per install. Weekly top sales incentives and other fun giveaways to keep the team excited and motivated.
