    // Duties & Responsibilities

    • Ensure all internal and external clients have a welcoming and comfortable experience with AZPRO. (walk-in and call-in)
    • Provide administrative for HR when needed
    • Organize and order office supplies when needed
    • Assist HR in team member engagement
    • Filling and Scanning
    • Data entry

    // Minimum Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to change gears quickly as needs change
    • Ability to work well alone and with a team
    • Be obsessive about quality
    • Communicate, communicate, communicate!
