    Job Description

    Summary/Objective

    This job will primarily consist of all aspects of sales to include processing quotes, orders and invoices.  The role will assist customers with orders up by phone, fax, will-call and email. 

    Essential Functions

    Greets and assists Will Call customers and patrons upon entering the facility. Answer incoming calls for customer service and/or sales. Data entry of quotes, orders, and invoicing when needed. Collect payments for in-store sales. Research account information utilizing a computer, phone, fax, and email. Act as a liaison between customers and sales representatives to resolve any issues. Facilitate the resolution of customer issues (product, install, backorders, delivery, etc.) Promptly respond to internal and customer inquiries. Maintain and build customer relationships. Organize work area for orderliness at all times.
