Job Description: We are seeking a Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and extensive experience in repairing a wide range of household appliances including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, dryers, and washers.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair appliances to manufacturer standards.

Provide high-quality customer service, including maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain timely communication with team and customers when needed.

Educate customers on appliance maintenance and care.

Participate in ongoing training to keep skills up-to-date with the latest repair techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

Proven , particularly with refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, dryers, and washers.

Strong understanding of engineering principles related to appliance functionality.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle physical workload and lift heavy objects when necessary.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Must be seal system certified
