    This key position is often the first point of contact people have with our organization, so it is critical that it is a positive one.

    The position primarily involves direct customer interaction by phone, text, and email. There are no scripts, so you will need to listen, think, and guide people to the support they need. We are looking for exceptional phone etiquette, the ability to convey confidence, and a positive personality.

    This is not a receptionist position or sales position. Customer service is part of our marketing team. You will be expected to contribute ideas and opinions to participate in the overall growth of the organization.

    We are busy! This position requires someone willing to show up on time and contribute.

    Although we are a flexible employer, this position requires someone who can work full-time in our office. It is not a work-from-home position.

    There are plenty of growth opportunities and the ability to be a part of something we think is great.

    Qualifications and Skills

    The right person will:

    Have an entrepreneurial spirit.

    Exhibit strong verbal skills.

    Enjoy speaking on the phone.

    Be able to think on their feet, not just read a script on the phone.

    Be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Outlook.

    Need to pass a background check.

    Experience:

    Call Center: 1 year+ (Preferred)

    Customer Service: 1 year+ (Preferred)

    Job Duties:

    Answer incoming customer inquiries, by phone, email and SMS.

    Record customer information within our customer service database.

    Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening, guiding the call to a successful conclusion.

    We are a small company, so we all chip in at times to work as a team and help each other out.
