We are a small company looking to find the person who is the right match for our office. This person needs to have a positive energetic personality, with a desire to help grow a company.

· Responsibilities:

• Perform full cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to:
• Significant transactional reporting into Quickbooks
• Reconciling bank statements and credit card statements
• Check / ACH preparation
• Annual Audit Preparation
• Annual Report preparation to the Department of Revenue
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support

· Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
• Proficient in double-entry bookkeeping principles and practices
• Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Quick Books online.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation and financial report writing
• Excellent 10-key typing skills for data entry accuracy

· Skills:

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
