Responsibilities:

Brochure and Digital Page Creation: Utilize existing templates and design software to create customized brochures and digital pages for clients, ensuring high-quality visuals and adherence to branding guidelines.

Social Media Management: Create engaging and visually appealing social media posts for the company's social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote products, services, events, or relevant content.

Email and Text Communications: Assist the marketing team in creating and designing email marketing campaigns and text message communications. This includes crafting visually appealing email templates and graphics.

Design Tasks: Handle various small design tasks that may arise, such as resizing images, creating graphics for presentations, or designing promotional materials.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, which may involve organizing files, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings or events.

Skills and Qualifications:

Graphic Design Expertise: Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create visually appealing materials.

Creativity: Ability to generate innovative design ideas and adapt existing templates to meet client needs.

Marketing Knowledge: A basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies to create materials that align with the company's marketing goals.

Although we are a flexible employer, this position requires someone who can work full-time in our office. It is not a work-from-home position.
