JOB DESCRIPTION: Promote outstanding customer services and sales by proactively communicating with internal and external customers, territorial reps, manufacturing, and end-users

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to requests immediately. • Receive and process quotations, inquires, and orders from external customers. • Verify order status, pricing, and details on availability and production lead times. • Identify new sales opportunities. • Report and document competitive pricing including quantity, manufacturer, geographic location, and applications. • Document and process inquires, complaints, or discrepancies and follow thru with return goods authorization procedures. • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers. • Follow-up on leads from phone inquiries, referrals, and research. • Prospect and develop new accounts and sell products to secure business from existing accounts. • Performs other assignments as directed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required. Advanced degree preferred.

Required Experience: At least two years of related experience.

Computer Skills: Various computer programs to include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Certifications & Licenses: None

Other Requirements: Must have demonstrated customer service skills. Inside sales experience preferred. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
