    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The SR. ANALYST, SALES AND DIGITAL MARKETING APPLICATIONS is a core team member of the Information Services department whose mission is to drive digital and business transformation objectives with a primary focus on internal solutions and customer interactions within the Company’s Sales, Digital Marketing and Customer Service business processes. This position will report directly to the Director, Enterprise Applications.

    This position is a service-oriented role that provides a customer-focused IT function supporting ongoing operations and operational efficiency, quality, customer service and growth.

    Primary areas of focus are:

    STRATEGY

    • Understand corporate priorities and business processes, and their relationship with Sales and Digital Marketing technologies such as Salesforce.com, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, E-commerce, websites, 3rd party collaboration systems and other related platforms.
    • Provide technology thought leadership to cross functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and IT, bringing forward new ideas, strategy, and solution recommendations.
    • Establish and evolve the long-term application and technology roadmap for Sales and Digital Marketing and ensure alignment with the Salesforce Steering Committee.
    • Work with Executive Leadership Team to define key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and MBO’s which are appropriate to driving business success. This role is responsible for ensuring these metrics are measurable and displayed appropriately to applicable audiences with required security and filtering.
    • Identify and establish a network of vendor relationships to support the Company’s roadmap which meet and exceed industry standard service levels.

     

    SOLUTION DELIVERY

    • Ownership of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from project sponsorship and prioritization through go live and support. This includes converting business process requirements into technical designs and managing internal and external resources to deliver and support solution implementations.
    • Oversee architectural design of all integrations and data transfers between sales/marketing platforms (i.e.Salesforce.com) and 3rd party systems including, ERP, web CMS, EDI, digital marketing, and analytics/reporting.
    • Proven leadership in establishing back-end integrations such as APEX Dataloader, DemandTools, Salesforce.com API protocols, REST API, EDI, FTP, and similar middleware and integration protocols.
    • Subject matter expert in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Lightning, and Einstein Analytics providing expert level product support, driving root cause analysis efforts, and adopting effective risk mitigation protocols.
    • The role requires technical abilities within BI, data model and complex report design, configuration, implementation, and support. Provide stakeholders with data visualizations using platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, and SSRS.
    • Demonstrate efficient project management practices and utilize project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software and to manage and distribute work appropriately.

     

    OPERATIONS

    • Develop, implement, and execute policies and procedures across applicable platforms related to Security, Change Control, and Operations which are in compliance with all Company policies.
    • Monitor adoption metrics and provide support, training, and documentation as needed to ensure optimal usage and return on investment.
    • 3rd Party and Vendor relationship, contract, and budget management
    • Develop and manage a platform budget and manage all aspects of related licensing costs.
    • Monitor and continue to improve upon customer satisfaction and service delivery management.
    • Proactively monitor application health, maintain system documentation, document root cause analysis, and ensure departmental service levels are achieved and exceeded.
    • Operate in a direct, transparent, and data-driven fashion, be an effective communicator and forge strong day-to-day working relationships.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 10 Years of experience in architecting, implementing and supporting Sales and Digital Marketing solutions in a variety of applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Einstein and related systems.
    • 7 Years of experience in managing projects which require collaborating with business partners, fellow systems analysts and other IT team members to understand requirements and develop solutions that are well architected, stable, reliable, and cost effective.
    • 5 years Knowledge of any third-party integration and process automation in systems like DemandTools, APEX DataLoader, Tableau, EDI, Salesforce.com, Boomi, Jitterbit, Informatica, MuleSoft
    • Must be able to work well in a dynamic, fast paced environment
    • Good organization and time management skills required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
