Additionally, we are looking for fully licensed professionals and rising clinicians who want a structured field experience to develop their clinical skills. Additionally, we provide opportunities for 401k plans with contributions from the employer, clinical supervision for Graduate Students and Counseling Residents, and group rates on health insurance for full-time clinicians. We also offer flexible scheduling and time-off, admin, scheduling, billing, credentialing, marketing, and continuing education support. Responsibilities: • Counseling for individuals, children, couples, and families. Qualifications: The ideal licensed candidate should possess a valid license to practice independently in the state of Virginia, specifically as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a licensed psychologist. Additional certifications are a plus. Alternatively, being a Resident in Counseling in Virginia would be acceptable for students entering their practicum/internship. We are open to considering fully virtual therapists with valid licenses in Virginia. Professionals open to providing mentorship to rising professionals are highly preferred.Additionally, a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required. The candidate needs to be culturally competent and willing to work with a diverse population, including ethnically diverse populations. While it is preferred, having insurance credentials is not a mandatory requirement. Prior experience working with children, teenagers, and couples is also preferred. Compensation: $105,000 yearly
