    RESPONSIBILITIES | ACCOUNTABILITIES

    The job responsibilities of our Integrator/COO include, but are not limited to:

    Leadership

    • Keeps Visionary focused on the overall business strategy and out of daily operations
    • Filters visions and ideas, and prioritizes and strategizes the execution of them
    • Identifies areas of improvement and prioritizes action based on need
    • Ensures priorities of the organization are given proper focus and attention
    • Keeps team focused on priorities and clearly defines scorecards
    • Inspires/adds structure to cohesiveness of teams
    • Implements and manages EOS
    • Defines and executes the vision of the culture
    • Scales the business for future growth
    • Develops dashboards for every part of the business

    Management

    • Smoothly runs the day-to-day operations
    • Establishes necessary processes, creating efficiencies where needed, and enhances training
    • Builds functional teams and genuine relationships across the organization
    • Builds trust among the team and has confidence in their abilities
    • Identifies new talent and builds a culture they want to work for
    • Builds a robust sales/marketing department

    THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OUT OF OUR OFFICES LOCATED IN CONSHOHOCKEN, PA. *

    QUALIFICATIONS

    REQUIRED

    • 20 years of experience in a leadership role
    • Proven successful Integrator experience
    • Proven track record of scaling numerous medium-sized, entrepreneurial, businesses
    • Strong financial acumen
    • M&A experience

    PREFERRED

    • Has EOS and/or Scaling Up knowledge
    • Event production /trade show production/experiential marketing experience
    • Sales experience
    • Strong aptitude and adopter of cutting-edge technology

    SALARY - $240,000 base salary with 25% bonus capability for a total compensation package of $300,000.
