About the Job:

We are a leading supplemental learning center with 10 years of serving the community.

We are looking to hire English Instructors for our Learning Centers in Frisco East, Frisco Central, and Plano Central.  

Eye Level Learning Centers Math instructor to tutor students from grades pre-K to 10. All teaching materials are provided. The Math instructor will work with students in an individual or small group setting. Must be flexible with changes in setting and time. This is a part-time, year-round position.

Requirements:

• College students who are planning to pursue teaching as their career or should have at least completed 20 units.
• Montessori experience or certification are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills with adults and children.
• Sense of responsibility.
• Patience, enthusiasm, passion, willingness to work with children.
• Hours can be discussed in the interview (a minimum of 15-25 hours/week).
• Proficient knowledge in Math.
• Just retired ISD teachers are welcomed to apply.

General Responsibilities:

• Provide appropriate academic coaching to students according to the Center policy.
• Motivate and encourage students (incentives, certificates, etc.).
• Discuss with the Director of students’ progress after every session or end of the business day.
• Personnel (instructor, center assistant) management.
• May start off with grading booklets, in the beginning, to become familiar with the program.
