Our client is a real estate firm. They are looking for a temp to perm Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their Brooklyn, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily email inquiries
• Sort checks according to properties
• Handle monthly charge posting
• Post check to the appropriate tenant ledger
• Complete monthly AR reconciliation
• Manage move-in/move-outs as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of A/R experience
• Bookkeeping experience
• Real estate background preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficient in Yardi
