Our client is searching for a Business Analyst for a 6-MONTH CONTRACT TO HIRE, working with 2 different, “smaller” vendors to jointly develop new innovations in People Technology.  Help to build cutting edge software and processes in the HR space.

Each vendors’ product is to be further developed to match the unique business requirements of their employees and franchise owners.

The project is divided into 4 parts, each with their own Product Owners and BAs:  This role is focused on (2) HR and People Functions (Time Keeping, Workforce Planning, Workflow Management, Rewards Automation). 

These products are not yet completely developed by the vendors. The client has gathered initial requirements and the BA now must work on (1) Understanding the requirements, (2) Validating the functions that the vendor claims to have in their products; (3) Refining requirements that will then add and modify the vendor products to match the future needs of the client.
