ABBA BAIL BONDS (WWW.ABBABAILBONDS.COM) we are looking for a competent Collections Specialist with excellent customer service and management skills. You will be leading a small customer service/collections team and will also be contacting clients to ensure payments remain current by calling to remind and get outstanding balances over due. This position requires excellent people skills, is articulate and professional in all communications with clients and employees.

($16-18.00HR PLUS COMMISSION)

JOB DUTIES

• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
• Contact client for reminder of payments due and overdue
• Build rapport with clients to ensure timeliness of payments due
• Process payments and refunds
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Update account status records and collection efforts
• Supervise other collections specialists (mentor, monitor quality of work, motivate, lead, develop, hold accountable)
• Skip tracing for updated contact information
• Working knowledge of "Captura" and "Bail Books" software (highly desirable!!!)

REQUIRED

• Proven experience in collections and lead role
• Knowledge of billing procedures and techniques(ie: skip tracing)
• Familiarity with debt collections laws (ie: FDCPA)
• Intermediate level with MS office
• Bachelor's degree a plus!!!
