ABBA BAIL BONDS is looking for a LICENSED BAIL AGENT who is professional and motivated. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and the ability to negotiate a sale with a family in distress. This position is hourly plus commission and has unlimited earning potential. We are looking for a high energy candidate to write and post bail.

HOURLY PLUS COMMISSION (10-20%) LEADS PROVIDED

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• MUST POSSESS A CURRENT BAIL AGENT LICENSE.
• Have no serious criminal history and a good driving record with a current Drivers License.
• Must be willing to work any shift to support our 24 hour operations including: weekends, holidays and graveyards.
• Attention to Details and have excellent communication skills
• Ability to deploy a strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Must have good computer skills
• Must have a professional demeanor at all times.
• BE ABLE TO LEGALLY WORK FOR ANY US EMPLOYER
• SUBMIT TO A BACKGROUND CHECK

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle incoming and outbound calls
• Willing to travel to jails and courthouses
• Ability to process bail bond paperwork
• Perform bail bond postings
• Detailed oriented in completing client profiles
