    Are you someone who values attention to detail, precision, and organization? Are you a highly skilled communicator? We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO in the areas of communication, scheduling, and client satisfaction.

    The Executive Assistant has superb interpersonal communication skills, is extremely fast at creatively solving problems, has an eye for the littlest details, and works well with a wide variety of personalities. The Executive Assistant will have at least five years of proven experience in the industry, preferably with a CEO.

As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in the satisfaction our partners, as well as team building and culture development.

    As the Executive Assistant, your responsibilities could include:

    • Writing and editing correspondence for team leadership
    • Creating, formatting, delivering, and potentially presenting client presentations and proposals
    • Cultivating relationships with clients via phone, email, and in-person communication
    • Managing travel schedules, including flights, hotels, rental vehicles, and reservations for team leadership
    • Acting as the primary liaison between the CEO and team members
    • Finding new ways to grow the company’s relationships with external parties
