We are looking to add key positions to our Customer Service, Experience & Administration division including but not limited to: E-Commerce Chat Agent, Customer Experience Supervisor, Customer Returns Supervisor and Office Management.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• E-Commerce Consumer Goods Industry preferred
• MBA strongly preferred but not required
• Strong Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Office skills
• Strong Customer Communication and follow-up both verbal and written
• Able to work effectively under pressure within short time constraints, and in relatively ambiguous and complex situations.
• Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
• Cross-Functional Communication & Collaboration
