    Abbyson is a seeking a self-motivated and ambitious E-Commerce Sales Manager that can identify, respond to and close sales opportunities through various platforms – in an extremely collaborative, team-oriented, and fast-paced work environment.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Drive sales through various online platforms

    · Generate leads from new and existing customers

    · Create promotions to increase product visibility

    · Consistent reporting on sales analytics, metrics, & key performance indicators

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES OPERATIONS

    · Identify opportunities to increase sales.

    · Respond and close on e-commerce sales through various platforms.

    · Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

    · Deepen the relationship with our customers to achieve sales plan and drive lifetime loyalty and spend.

    · Educate and upsell customers on latest product developments and trends.

    · Implement and execute strategic plan for leveraging the e-commerce marketplace to grow the business, focusing on sales trends, promotional opportunities, and marketing activities.

    · Optimize product listings and data feeds; Monitor and make necessary corrections to listings to ensure product accuracy.

    · Track weekly performance metrics and implement strategy to prove sales from both channel and SKU level.

    · Analyze performance metrics for the online marketplace and provide insights on overall performance by creating weekly reports.

    · Collaborate with Marketing and Merchandising teams to create compelling online product listings (Including: Product images, descriptions, features, shipping details and item specifications).

    · Execute Promotional Sales Activities by meeting or exceeding assigned goals/quotas.

    CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OPERATIONS

    · Act as the customer experience management presence for e-commerce shoppers, ensuring the best online customer experience is being delivered at all times.

    · Ensure exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.

    · Ensures complete and on-time order fulfillment, chargeback minimization and operations metrics compliance.

    · Address consumer product questions and resolve complaints in a timely manner.

    · Coordinate with Warehouse for Product Allocation needs.

    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    · Bachelor’s degree required

    · 3-5 years in successful track record in business development/e-commerce sales required.

    · Familiarity with CRM platforms.

    · Must be a closer, ability to negotiate deals.

    · Must be self-motivated, can-do attitude, proactive and ambitious.

    · Ability to build rapport and use upselling techniques.

    · Proficient with MS Office (Advanced Excel required).

    · Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and must be able to work under pressure.

    · Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and in a team environment.

    · Position may require overtime, weekends and/or holiday hours as needed.
