AbelCine is a leading Digital Cinema and HD camera, lighting and equipment supplier to the motion picture and broadcast industries. We offer sales, integrated services, rental, and technical support to the production community with offices in NY, CHI and LA. Our Burbank, CA facility is currently seeking an Integration Sales Support Engineer to join our growing team.  The objective of this position is to develop customer opportunities and needs into detailed equipment and installation proposals utilizing our in-house technical expertise and wide range of equipment suppliers. • Collect accurate information about customer needs, concerns, budget, and culture
• Demonstrate comprehension of all products and services that AbelCine offers, along with Integration specific products
• Develop proposals, quotations, and accurate statements of work by working with our integration team to create detailed AV design and implementation plans
• Present proposals to integration customers
• Team lead for offering new products and services to accounts
• Work with cross functional teams to develop a product portfolio designed to deliver value to customers
• Work with customer, project management and integration team to help manage expectations through project completion. Coordinate product demos and site visits with customers 
• Supervise equipment build outs and deployments in house and on location

Requirements for a successful candidate:

• An undergraduate degree or a minimum of five years of related experience or technical training in broadcast or digital cinema equipment; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the broadcast, video, film, postproduction, or AV industry with a demonstrated ability to develop solutions and achieve objectives.
• Proven track record of technical collaboration, maintaining customer relationships and exceeding sales objectives
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present and work with all levels of management
• Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally
• Impeccable organization skills, efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Mac OS are highly desired

This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position.
