Job Description
The Corporate IT Fulfillment team is responsible for delivery excellence for all endpoint devices and the applications utilized at our Home Office campus as well as the global offices, distribution centers, and store locations worldwide. The LAN Fulfillment Support Technician position responsibilities include but are not limited to managing and tracking all company provided IT devices, access, and software. Other responsibilities include on-site and remote IT troubleshooting, upgrading workstations, software installs and creating documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on day-to-day requests for our home office and international associates.
- Create and maintain knowledge base documents to be used by our IT service desk and support teams
- Work with global service providers to provide consistent, high quality support for our associates
- Work with internal IT teams to test and deploy technology projects
- Create & deploy packages to distribute software, and upgrades to our Windows endpoints globally
- Identify new support processes and tactics
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA degree in IT related field
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment
- Effective customer service skills, including oral and written communication
- Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- 1-3 years experience with Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, and VDI technologies preferred
- May require heavy lifting of PC(s) and peripheral equipment
