    Job Description

    Our Marketing team has the essential responsibility of connecting our customers with our dynamic and ever-evolving brands. Their ownership of immersive campaigns through in-store, digital, social, event marketing and PR channels brings our brands’ vision to the world. This diverse and collaborative team of creative, strategic, and curious individuals are constantly looking for new ways to learn about our consumer and push the envelope in our efforts to reach them.

    This opportunity is focused on solving digital visual executions within email and site channels based on established style guides and art direction provided by creative leads. The successful individual will design and maintain daily marketing updates based on brand editorial and digital planning calendars. He/she will partner closely with Creative leads, Digital Strategists, Online Merchants, Brand Marketing and Photo Teams to create innovative and on-brand creative on a daily basis. Finally, the right candidate recognizes the value of connecting the brand experience, from desktop to mobile, to Stores and has a passion for solving problems, influencing in a cross-functional context, and delivering exceptional results.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Work with design leads, digital strategists and merchants on a daily basis to visualize and concept high quality, design solutions
    • Collaborate with the photography team to elevate the visual storytelling around trend, product and lifestyle stories for emails
    • Have strong communication skills to help connect the design team cross-functionally and promote a 360 Marketing approach
    • Maintain consistent on-brand creative within a fast-paced and collaborative environment

    •  Maintain an intimate understanding of the brand and customer and stay up-to-date on industry trends and other retail brands
    •  Manage projects from concept through production
    • Bring a strong sense of team-orientated, positive, proactive and project driving skills to the role on a daily basis

    WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING?

    • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or relevant design subjects
    • 1+ years of Digital Design experience within a high-paced, cross-functional creative environment, preferably within Marketing/Retail
    • Experience working in an iconic, branded environment for an international organization
    • A strong portfolio of relevant digital design solutions that demonstrates strong thought process and problem solving skills
    • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, XHTML.
    • Proficiency in a variety of rapid prototyping and design tools – Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat). Motion graphics using After Effects is a plus
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
    • Must be organized, self-motivated, and highly adaptable
