Leads on-set styling of merchandise samples for on-figure and off-figure photography, creative concepts and styling standards that promote merchandise objectives and brand strategies
Work closely with the Dept. leads to maintain high quality image content that meets the brand’s aesthetic standards
Style elevated product photography
Current with best practices working within a studio
Up to date on most relevant styling trends for the Gen-Z demographic
Ability to lead and mentor a team
Create inspirational mood boards for editorial shoots that align with brand strategies
Work in high volume, very fast-paced shooting environments
Work closely with head Stylist to create and present looks for weekly product photo shoots, editorials, and campaign shoots
Team up with the Stylists, Creative Directors, Art Directors, Merch Coordinator, Producers and Photographers to ensure efficient workflow and strong results
Apparel prep and organizational perfectionist
Support team in maintaining an accurate system of tracking and storing merchandise
Communicate with Product Coordinators to ensure proper handling of merchandise
Oversee the maintenance and organization of the photo studio and samples
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING?
Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associates of Arts degree/equivalent experience
5+ years on-figure, high volume, e-commerce, studio and location campaign experience
A passion for the art of styling for product photography
Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with knowledge of Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite
