    Job Description

    Commercial concrete construction company looking for an accounts payable and administrative support person. Company has over 50 employees and offers benefits and retirement plan. This position also has growth opportunity. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1) Accounting - Accounts Payable a. Enter material and subcontractor bills b. Accounts payable entry, checks runs reports c. Process credit applications/issues/suppliers accounts/service contracts/equipment leases/building leases d. Credit card administrator/tracking e. Vehicles; payments/payoffs f. Vehicles; amortization schedules g. Insurance-payments/premiums h. Oversee cell phone accounts and make changes when necessary i. File all AP j. Purchase orders & prep A/P k. Supports accounting for other LLC entities 2) Administrative a. Answer phones and direct as required b. Open mail and process as required c. Issue the job # for projects and set up the file and revise back log sheet d. Manage Lien/Release process relating to the owner e. Handle and keep track of all pre-liens f. Order and obtain insurance certificates for all jobs g. Obtain Insurance Certificates for any services performed on jobs h. Prepare Monthly WIP and transfer to Accounting Knowledge in Quickbooks and Construction a plus
