Who We Are: Able Rehab Staffing LLC is an independent clinician-owned, local to Colorado, staffing company recruiting healthcare professionals (PT/OT/SLP) for W-2 employment since 2015. We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist to join our fun and flexible team! We are based in Thornton, however there is no expectation to report to Thornton.
This is a PRN opportunity and you set your availability and geography! We do not require you to carry a minimum number of visits.
If you have some availability each week, this is a great opportunity to supplement another job. Alternatively you can build a large caseload if you'd like to be busy! Pay is per visit.
Training is provided, no home health experience required. Our PTs do not perform Oasis Start of Care.
About Your Responsibilities:
Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
What We Are Looking For:
Active State License for practicing physical therapy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong charting and documentation skills - We know this comes with time - training provided!
Current CPR card holder with a Driver’s License, Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
