    This is a contract-to-hire position. Please, no third parties. Only Southern California candidates will be considered. There is no relocation assistance or employment sponsorship available. Main Duties Responsibilities - Collaborate and support a variety of stakeholders throughout the organization, primarily the finance group and financial systems. - Work effectively in an Agile, Scrum, and Kanban environment. - Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and document user needs. - Work with users to document issues and enter user stories. - Assist in business systems requirements, rules definition, and documentation. - Collaborate with users to improve processes and document procedures. - Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish newupdated functionality and procedures. - Support financial systems - Ad Hoc reporting, production support and troubleshooting, and validation of deliverables. - Perform data and business analysis from a variety of formats, including Universe File, SQL Server, Access, Excel, XML, CSV, and flat files. - Interact with non-technical technical teams throughout the organization, including software engineers, DBA's, and IT Ops, and participate in continual investigation of process improvement strategies. - Lead efforts on business mission-critical legacy applications as well as new development projects. - Understand problem space, assess risks, take ownership, overcome and remove impediments, and get things done. Skills Requirements - 6+ years of experience working in a formal business systems analyst, data analyst, or related capacity. - Well-versed in SQL Server, T-SQL (SSISSSRS preferred). - Experience supporting large legacy system(s). - Experience analyzing data and options for support of ad hoc query requests. - Ability to identify standard work and automate when possible. - Produce self-serve interfaces for stakeholders when possible. - Operational support experience, preferably financial groups and financial systems. - Proven success working in an AgileScrum environment. - The highest level of communication and interpersonal skills are required, as this person will work in a highly collaborative environment. - Well-versed with MS Office Suite, MS Project, and other PMScrum tools. - Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science, Math, Business, ISIT is preferred. tags bsa, business system analyst, business systems analyst, business analyst, project manager, tpm, scrummaster, scrum master, data analyst, report analyst, reporting analyst, operations analyst, csm, pmp, pmi
