Our customer is seeking a Receptionist to join their team! Candidate will work full time Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with an occasional Saturday shift.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Answer high-volume calls
· Greet all incoming visitors in a friendly manner
· Ensure all guests sign in and out
· Distribute mail
· Schedule meeting rooms
· Filing and data entry
· Light administrative work
· Deliver exceptional employee satisfaction by providing essential information to those who require information and inquire within
