Above and Beyond Family Recovery Center is hiring a Director of Outreach. The Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

Oversee the quantitative and qualitative intake flow of the organization.

Develop and maintain relationships with other organizations in the city, creating and updating linkage agreements to establish referral partnerships with AnB.

Disseminate updated linkage agreement information to staff to ensure proper utilization.

Serve as a clear, persuasive communicator, confidently addressing individuals in both professional and personal contexts.

Demonstrate self-motivation while remaining open to feedback and constructive criticism.

Recognize potential opportunities and develop strategic plans for approach and execution on the fly.

Exhibit strong entrepreneurial skills while adhering to the established guidelines for the position.

Foster an inclusive environment, encouraging candidates with lived experiences and those committed to working with diverse and marginalized identities to meet the needs of our clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred and previous outreach experience is preferred.

Valid driver’s license required, with a willingness to travel at least 50% of the time during the work week.

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in outreach or a related field.

Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.

Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with external organizations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
