Job Description In search of a compassionate Caregiver who understands the importance of meeting the needs of clients while helping them maintain a high quality of life. We are looking for a committed individual who are able to problem solve on the spot. o Keep track of patient medication, activities, and health status, reporting and documenting any changes as soon as they occur. DOJ,CPR/FA ,and TB screening is required. With 1 year experience. Experience and knowledge working with clients who have chronic and acute conditions. o Must have transportation as the job requires you to go to clients home. o Provide in home care such as meals, errands, home care. o Enroll with In- Home Supportive Services within the agency. o Areas of service are from Sacramento to Folsom. Pays $15.00 hourly
