Above It All is seeking a Rehabilitation Specialist for our Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program to become a part of our team! The Rehabilitation Specialist will be a key contributor within our interdisciplinary team and incorporate knowledge of each client's conditions and needs to ensure appropriate, individualized and quality care delivery.Responsibilities:

Assess client’s individual diagnostic, social and family needs to develop treatment plans; and write progress notes and discharge summaries.

Construct necessary recommendations for treatment modification ordischarge.

Develop and maintain clinical records to ensure compliance with COMARregulations.

Along with the Program Director, oversee rehabilitation coordinators bymonitoring care and progress in the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.

Qualifications:

Master's Level licensed mental health professional (LGSW, LGPC, LMSW, CPRP, LCSW-C, LCPC)

Minimum of 2 years direct care experience

Strong organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
