Bethesda, MD Community Bank (nice team!) has an immediate need for an Entry Level Loan Servicing to work with Commercial, Residential Mortgages, and Consumer loans. A business major with an interest in banking, who is organized, self-motivated, with Excel skills, and willing to work onsite with confidential information. The Entry Level Loan Servicing will primarily be focused on funded loans of all types held by the bank. PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES DO EXIST.

ENTRY LEVEL LOAN SERVICING WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Posts payments and wires, and processes checks.
• Quality control review of transactions processed
• Work with internal and external customers, researching and providing useful information
• Monitor insurance and taxes. Make payouts, correspond as needed
• Prepare payoff quote letters
• Audit loan files

IDEAL ENTRY-LEVEL LOAN SERVICING:

• Business, Accounting or Finance degree OR relevant experience
• Good computer skills
• Willingness to learn and desire to grow
• Good communication skills – team environment
• Work onsite in Bethesda
